Return Policy – refund

You must notify Tal Marketing Gifts & Souvenirs Ltd by e-mail of all order problems within 7 days of receiving your order for all shipped merchandise.

Tal Marketing Gifts & Souvenirs Ltd will determine based on the problem and value of the item how to resolve your problem. It is important to wait for a response before taking any additional action.

After you announce your problem by e-mail, and agreed with Tal Marketing Gifts & Souvenirs Ltd to send back the goods, products must be returned by registered mail only:

Returns valued $35 or more you have the option of an exchange or a refund. Returns valued under $35 are for exchange only. The merchandise can be exchanged for the same product or a product of like value. The refund will be 100% of your purchase price less shipping costs and possible customs charges/ transactions fees our end. Furthermore, we do not cover any costs involved with return shipment.

All products must be returned in their original unopened package.
Purchaser assumes responsibility for any and all damage to the product during the return shipment.

If there are any customs charges made to us for returned goods the customer shall assume responsibility for these charges - proof of charge shall be given to the customer. To avoid these charges please state 'Returning goods' clearly on package being returned.

We will make sure to notify you via email you once we received and processed the returned item.
